In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for end users
  • Install, maintain and support client devices (desktops, laptops and mobile devices)
  • Provide support for hardware and software issues (on-site and remote)
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, Exchange, Azure)
  • Manage mobile devices (iOS in Azure)
  • Support software deployment and operating system rollouts
  • Assist with network-related tasks, including upgrades, replacements and administration of networking tools
  • Onboard and train new employees
  • Create operating manuals, checklists and user guides

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed qualification in IT systems engineering (EFZ/FA) or an equivalent qualification 
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-user support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows clients, Microsoft 365 (Active Directory, Azure, Teams, Exchange, experience in working with MS Intune) and iOS devices
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (iOS in Azure); knowledge of Modern Workplace solutions is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset, combined with empathy and service orientation
  • A reliable, responsible and resilient approach with strong organisational skills and a proactive, structured working style
  • Analytical thinking, flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend assignments
  • German and English written / spoken fluently
