Overview
The Data Analytics Trainee supports the Digital Innovation Team in building data-driven digital products, automation solutions, and analytics capabilities. This is a development-focused role designed as "learning on the job": the trainee will progressively build expertise in data analytics, RPA, AI automation, and data platforms while contributing to real projects alongside experienced colleagues. Over the course of the program, the trainee will grow from supporting tasks to independently owning deliverables, with the goal of transitioning into a Data Analyst role at the end of the traineeship.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Supporting the development of data-driven digital products and analytics solutions
- Collaborating with Product Managers to integrate business intelligence and data analytics into digital products
- Creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable business insights
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and business value through data analytics
- Contributing to AI and automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar technologies
- Working with business stakeholders to support the adoption of digital and automation solutions
- Exploring emerging technologies in Data Analytics, AI, and Automation while continuously developing your expertise
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
- First practical experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Automation, or Artificial Intelligence through internships, projects, or thesis work
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, or similar technologies
- An interest in AI, automation, and digital innovation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking skills and a proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across functions and cultures
- Fluent English
